Project summary
Appointment Software was built for a watch showroom. A customer books a visit slot, enters their details and collects a token, so the showroom knows who is expected and in what order.
The customer side is short on purpose. They choose an open slot, enter their details and take the token for that visit. They do not need an account to get into the queue.
The showroom side shows the booked slots and the customer attached to each one. Staff can see who is coming, which slot is still open, and which token belongs to which visit.

What this project covers
Open slots
The customer sees the slots that are still free and picks one for the showroom visit.
Customer details
The booking form takes the details the showroom needs before the customer is given a token.
Visit token
A token is issued for that booking, so the visit has a number the showroom can call.
Booked slots
Taken slots stay visible on the showroom side, with the customer attached to each one.
Visit order
The token and the slot together show who is expected and in what order.
Showroom view
Staff open the day's bookings in one place instead of keeping a separate paper list.
What we built
We built the showroom booking flow: slot selection, the form where the customer enters their details, and the token they collect for the visit. The showroom can see which slots are booked and who they belong to.
The slot, the customer details and the token are one booking. Opening a slot shows the person who took it and the token that was issued for that visit.
Our role
We designed the customer booking flow and the showroom view, built the software and deployed it for the watch showroom.
